The Levis Goodie Bag!

When Levis said they were sending me a goodie bag, little I knew it was going to be a blast from the past. I waited impatiently all day but it was only when I returned from some grocery shopping late evening, that I found a note on my door step which read “kindly collect your parcel from flat number so and so!” I rushed to my neighbour, rang their door bell once , twice and just when I was audaciously going to press the buzzer the third time my courteous neighbour opened the door, flashed a huge smile, indulged in some small talk with me (while I was already ripping through the bag in my head). I took the bag with a big grin and a bigger Thank You, ran back to my apartment,plonked into my bed and ripped open the draw strings to find some Denim love!

So What did I find in my Levis Goodie Bag ?

The first word that sprung in my head was ‘Vintage’. I wanted to be transported to the times when Clint Eastwood or for that matter Sean Connery flaunted their style with panache. For me this look was the amalgamation of two distinct styles – Vintage & Androgyny.

I slipped into my miracle pants – the Levis 312 shaping slim mid rise jeans. I call them the miracle pants as they shape through my hip and thigh, making my legs and derriere look super toned which otherwise aren’t! The tummy slimming technology sucks in my paunch making me look fit as a fiddle. Some badass transformations I must say!. I teamed my bottoms with the iconic Levis rugged relaxed and sexy chambray shirt that actually has my name customised on it! Holy Cow! How cool is that? Thank You Levis! 🙂

For a more relaxed look, I threw in a basic white Tee underneath my open buttoned shirt. Last but not the least I accessorized my ensemble with the classic bandana aka neckerchief and what made way are my epic ankle skimming style boots that added the finishing touch to my nonchalant vintage gear. Out I was on the streets , walking in old lanes, living a moment from the past!
