Lee Jeans AW'16 - Series II

Have you ever wondered why are all ‘first times’ considered special? The first date, the first kiss , the first car, the first pasta you made or the first time you failed in your tests, Oops! Be it a good experience or not so good, it’s seldom forgotten.

We get bored & redundant over time, just like how a 2 year old loses interest in his new red car over time, we as grown ups start paying less attention to the same things we once felt were of paramount importance.

Where I’m I getting at with this? So here it is, I have come to realize that the one thing that can keep a relationship going are efforts. Take that effort to rebuilt something that is falling apart as it’s never to late to start over. In the end it is all about those small overtures. Re-kindle your thoughts, your relationships and most importantly your spark!

About the Look: Today I’m in the mood for all-black. Hence I teamed my dusty black skinny jeans with a basic yet very pretty black tee. As I didn’t want to take the ‘all black’ look too serious, I threw a delicate paisley scarf around my neck, picked my neon sling bag and slipped into my black leather ankle boots.

What I’m Wearing:

There are a few things that an infant is never taught! He comes into this world and flashes that cheeky smile. No one really teaches a baby to work those tiny fragile muscles which by far is the most endearing sight ever! Its uninhibited and untroubled.

Say Hi to Kartik, he is my help’s 7 year old son. He talks less and smiles more and it’s this attribute that propelled me to Re/smile with him. Thanks to Lee Jeans for giving me the opportunity to re-experience the most under rated expression – SMILE.

Shooting this blog story brought in oodles of joy & carefreeness. We laughed, smiled , jumped and attempted a few kung-fu kicks too. This little boy’s I-dont-need-a-reason-to-SMILE got me smiling all through out. There was never a dull moment! Like they say, Smile and the world around you will change. My world did!

P.s : That day at school Kartik proclaimed to his classmates that he was now a ‘Hero’. True that Kid! 🙂

About the look:

Off late I’ve been loving everything oversized..Everything! So the moment my eyes fell upon this admiral blue men’s zip down sweat shirt jacket, Girl that had to be mine! I put together this panelled blue zipper with a cool graphic white tee and super comfy skinny blue jeans. I slipped into my high tops and 3….2…..1….Bhaiyaji Re-Smile! 🙂 🙂
